Metro Shipping

We offer free shipping to eligible metro post codes. To check if you qualify we invite you to use our Free Delivery Checker.

Regional Shipping

Shipping fees may apply to certain regional postal codes. Costs are calculated at check out.

Orders are confirmed and prepared for shipment within 1-12 hours following order placement. Subsequently, items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time frame is shown below:

VIC & SA: 3 - 9 business days

NSWQLD: 4 - 10 business days

TAS: 5 – 10 business days

NTWA: 5 - 15 business days

Please note these delivery times are a guide only and delivery times are subject to change during busy periods. Isolated, regional or rural areas may require a few more days to arrive.

Our distribution center chooses the most appropriate courier for each order based on its size, weight, and destination, commonly utilizing services like Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Toll IPEC, and Hunter Express & more/

Unfortunately, you can not arrange your own courier and the items will need to be delivered through our partnered couriers.

In order to maintain the efficiency of our distribution centres unfortunately collections and ‘click and collect’ services are not available. We do however offer free trackable delivery to nearly all of Australia.

Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments through different couriers which may mean that they can arrive at different times .

In some cases where parcels are separated in transit, the couriers may make a partial delivery. The delivery tracking information will confirm if a partial delivery has been made and it will continue to update for the remaining parcels in transit.

If parcels are still in transit outside of the estimated delivery time, please contact our team for assistance.

All orders placed with Homecoze are covered by our 'Freight Protection Promise'. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team at sales@homecoze.com.au.

We take pride in delivering on time, but sometimes deliveries might be delayed by events beyond our control such as floods, fires, or traffic incidents.

If you find that your delivery has not arrived beyond the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us .

Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box or Parcel lockers due to sizing and weight constraints.

Ordering & Payment

We use third party courier services for our deliveries and therefore we cannot accept cash on delivery.

We are committed to delivering the best prices. We will happily match the price of an identical competitor product.

This applies to identical products in stock at both the competitor and Homecoze Australia. The competitor price must be verified by a member of our team. Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs.

We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay & ZipPay.

An order can be cancelled prior to being processed for dispatch. Should you wish to cancel or modify your order (including address changes), it is imperative to promptly contact our sales team. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you would need to proceed with a return request upon receipt of the product, in accordance with our Change of Mind Returns Policy.

Returns & Refunds

All products sold by Homecoze are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring your rights and remedies are protected. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 12-month warranty on products sold by Homecoze that are found to be faulty or damaged. If you encounter a fault with your product, please reach out to us and provide a detailed description of the problem. Please include photos or videos that illustrate the issue, this will help us in understanding the situation. Once we receive your message, a member of our team will be in touch to guide you through the resolution process.

Change of mind returns are accepted as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse. For more information please see our Refund Policy here.
