Disappointing

From the outset this transaction was problematic with all 3 boxes being sent not just in different trucks, but one with a completely different courier company. And about 10 days apart! The delivery info said both the boxes from same company had been delivered, but only one was onboard and the other too well over a week later to arrive. Just ridiculous.
The bed itself doesn’t actually have a base in the bottom of the storage compartment, so if you want to store stuff in it, you have to remove it all if you wish to move the bed… it all just sits directly on the floor! This should be made clear in the information and photos. Not happy at all.

Hi Ann,
We’re sorry to hear about you were disappointed with your experience. In regard to the bed design, we do aim to provide clear information, including noting on the product page that the storage area features an open-base design.

While some orders are shipped in separate cartons and may arrive at different times, we appreciate that this can be inconvenient and we’ll take your feedback on board.

If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at support@homecoze.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

Kind regards, The Homecoze Team

Good quality for price

Can fault either the frame or mattress. Great quality for the price. I was super sceptical about spending a decent amount of money on an online store. But I’m very happy with what was received.
