How Do Homecoze Returns Work? Here’s What You Need to Know

We know that sometimes things just don’t work out — whether you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or received something that’s not quite right. That’s why we’ve made our returns process simple, transparent, and easy to follow.

💬 Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve had a change of heart after receiving your order, no worries — we accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging so they can be safely resold.

To start a return, just head to our Help Centre or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

📦 Return Costs & Conditions

For change of mind returns, return shipping costs and the original delivery fee (even if discounted) are the customer’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee also applies to cover warehouse handling and inspection. Once received and approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

🔧 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue. Our team will assess it quickly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Every order is protected by our Freight Protection Promise, which covers your parcel from dispatch until delivery — giving you full peace of mind.

All products from Homecoze come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, our team will help arrange a solution — whether that’s a replacement, part, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Warranty claims require clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Please don’t dispose of any items before we’ve reviewed your case — sometimes we’ll request the product back for inspection.
