If I could give a lower rating I would!

My package arrived 3 weeks late without any update dates and when it finally did arrive there were no fasteners to put it together so it's useless!

Thank you for your feedback. Usually, the estimated delivery time frame to WA - 5-15 business days from dispatch, however Western Australia recently experienced severe weather conditions, including heavy rainfall and flooding, which caused significant disruptions to the rail network. These disruptions caused a heavy backlog with all couriers getting deliveries out on time. I can see that one parcel has now been delivered and a second parcel is still in the sorting process at the Perth depot. Unfortunately, we cannot control how fast courier companies can work through backlogs caused by inclement weather.
